Cycling thrills and spills

Peering through The Glass today I see “Le Tour” becoming one of the ‘must watch’ viewing items on your TV for the next month.
Three stages in and it has been absolute mayhem for the peloton so far with everything from cobblestones, oil, and puppy dogs being thrown at these aerobic animals as they try to grind away over 100’s of kilometers.
While cycling may not be everyone’s cup of tea, the ‘Tour’ provides the type of coverage that will engross any true sports fan with it’s analysis of team tactics, bio’s on lead riders, overview of stage topography and, of course, outstanding vision of the entire field.
But the best thing so far has been the uncertainty you can almost see in the riders with the demands of the course that has been set.
Thrills, spills, action and speed!
That’s the sort of mix that leaves any glass Harf-full!
