Now, how do we fix cricket?
The latest Pakistan betting scandal has tainted the game.
This treasured Australian sport treasured renowned for 'it's just not cricket' has never been more vulnerable.
The ICC's anti-corruption unit has been in place for ten years, yet corruption is more prevalent than ever.
The ICC needs a body to penetrate gambling rings.
So far the media has exposed corruption, not the main player.
Ricky Ponting's 209 in Tassie, the Sydney Test result, Hussey and Siddle's heroics, and Hauritz taking 5 wickets in a career-defining spell are now doubts in our minds.
This has to be fixed, and quickly, otherwise who care's about cricket?
