Rodney Hogg (cricket), Paul Coburn (Fit and Well), Carlos Alberto Diego (soccer) and Cam McConville (motor sport / motoring) will be weekly regulars, plus there's plenty of regular segments on cooking, travel, the London Olympics and more.

The SEN “Hour of Power” from 3pm continues in 2011 with some of your favourites bringing their unique perspective to the table. Ed Wyatt, Mark Allen, Jason Richardson, and Terry Wallace will be in the studio regularly to chew the fat with Harf and take your calls.

Rita Panahi brings her ascerbic social commentary once again to Casual Fridays between 12-2pm, before Nathan Thompson brings you the complete guide to the weekend's sport with the Weekend Preview.
