KB's Take | End of the road looms for the Swans

2017-04-13T09:45+10:00

At the start of the season I had Hawthorn out of my top 8 and Geelong not playing finals.

I waivered on Sydney falling out of finals contention.

So far, my Hawthorn observation looks to be on track but the Cats have won all three games albeit with a bit of luck so despite the jury being out on the Cats they are favourably placed.

Sydney are floundering badly, without a win.

Tonight, I expect West Coast to drive another nail into the Swans coffin.

Apart from Buddy Franklin no one looks dangerous. Tonight, all their warriors like Hannebery, Kennedy, Jack and Parker have to find collectively their very best form for the Swans to stay alive in 2017.

With GWS to come in Round 5, tonight’s game is the crunch game of the season for Longmire’s troops.

I think it’s the end of the road for the Swans.

I’m KB, that’s my take.
