Collingwood is looking to offload one of their recently acquired midfielders, according to former St Kilda chief Brian Waldron.
James Aish, who the Magpies got from the Brisbane Lions at the end of the 2015 season, is the player who could be on the move.
“The only one I know is Aish,” Waldron told SEN’s Hungry For Sport.
“They would like to do something with Aish, who obviously hasn’t been able to cut it at the level they want. He is supposedly on the table.”
Aish has played 23 games for Collingwood across the past two seasons, failing to lock down a regular spot in the best 22 due to inconsistency in performance.
The 21-year-old was involved in the complicated three-team deal in 2015, one that involved Ryan Bastinac moving to Brisbane. North Melbourne was the third team in the agreement, who received draft picks.
