How Petracca stitched up teammates on night out with NBA royalty

In October, Christian Petracca, James Harmes and Dom Tyson spent the night out with NBA superstars Ben Simmons and LeBron James – however, not all of them enjoyed a luxurious ride.

Melbourne ruckman Max Gawn has revealed that while Petracca enjoyed all the benefits of hanging out with the NBA stars, Harmes and Tyson received the raw end of the stick.

“Christian promised Dom and James, he said I know Ben Simmons, we will get courtside tickets and we will hang out with the boys,” the 2016 All-Australian ruckman told SEN Breakfast.

“They all got pretty excited. They get to the game, the courtside ticket is for Christian, and the other two were in the nosebleed section. Apparently they couldn’t get any further back.”

If that was bad, then things only got worse for Harmes and Tyson after the match.

“After the game, Ben Simmons came up to them and said we are going to go to New York to go out,” Gawn said.

“Christian got in the limousine with them and James and Dom were in an Uber behind them. The Uber cost 150 dollars.

“Unfortunately they got there about 10-20 minutes after Christian and the boys, so they had to wait in line out the front before they were let in.

“They didn’t exactly get the high rolling life that Christian did.”
