Who remembers the old, wet and muddy days down at Moorabbin?
As St Kilda is set to move back to their traditional habitat, the stories of the former playing ground are starting to be dug back from old stalwarts of the club.
This morning on SEN Breakfast, Tony Jewell, who coached the Saints from 1983-1984, revealed how they used to make sure the middle of Moorabbin was wet and soggy – even if nature didn’t dictate those conditions!
