Former AFL greats Bob Murphy and Nick Riewoldt donned the whites last weekend in country Victoria in a match in support of Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision.
Murphy and Riewoldt played for Birregurra against Warrion in division two of the Colac District Cricket Association and helped lead the Saints to a resounding victory.
From fielding at backward square leg, to the fizz of his leg spinners and a sparking half century to an ill-advised social media sledge from the opposition skipper – the ex-Western Bulldogs skipper detailed the day on SEN Breakfast – including his ‘Bobservations’ of a country cricket day.
