Sam Mitchell and Alastair Clarkson are great mates – just not this weekend.
With West Coast in town, the Eagles have allowed Mitchell to fly over to Melbourne early, ahead of Sunday’s clash with Hawthorn.
However, don’t expect Clarkson to organise any early morning Prahran latte runs with his old mate.

“Probably not Clarko, he gets a bit funny when you’re going to play them,” Mitchell told SEN Mornings.
“When you’re going to play the Hawks, he probably gets a little bit funny.
“I’ll probably catch up with a few of the boys tomorrow. I usually catch up with some of the Hawks boys when I come over.”
