Sydney defender Nic Newman appears set to join Dan Hannebery and Gary Rohan as players departing at the end of the season.
According to AFL.com.au, Newman has drawn interest from Gold Coast and coach Stuart Dew – who spent years at the Swans as an assistant coach.
The out of contract 25-year-old, has played 31 games across two seasons.
Fellow Sydney defender Jake Lloyd is also out of contract, but Sydney Head of Football Tom Harley is confident they’ll keep him.
“Jake & the club and his manager have been in constant dialogue and it’s all really positive," he told SEN's Time On.
“Clearly it hasn’t been done to this point in time but we’re as confident as we can be at this stage.”
