Hawthorn star midfielder Tom Mitchell has gone down into the rooms with a shoulder injury after a heavy collision with Melbourne’s Neville Jetta.
The Brownlow Medal favourite initially came back onto the ground, but appeared limited and went back down the race for a second time.
With Jaeger O’Meara already out of tonight’s must-win Semi Final clash, an injury to Mitchell could make life incredibly difficult for Hawthorn’s midfield.
He's currently attempting to play through the injury and likely received a painkilling injection.
