Moore “certainly adds” to Magpies says Adams

Collingwood midfielder Taylor Adams says Darcy Moore would certainly add value to the Magpies’ line-up, if he is selected to play in Friday’s Preliminary Final against Richmond.

Moore hasn’t played since Round 20, and has appeared in just seven games this year, but is a chance to return this week, and Adams thinks it would be a positive inclusion.

MARTIN WILL DEFINITELY PLAY ON FRIDAY SAYS TIGERS FOOTY BOSS

“First of all, he has got to be ticked off by the medicos,” Adams told SEN’s Time On.

“I think Darcy certainly adds to our footy team when he is right to play. He is a very good player. Either way, I’m not overly fussed, I think he can really contribute to us.

“If he is right to go and he puts his hand up to play, then match committee certainly have a decision to make.

“At the same time, I feel like our back six is going really well at the moment.

“It’s a big call and if he comes in, I expect him to play a huge role for us because he is a very good player.

“We want him out there whenever he is fit.”
