Dayne Beams has officially returned to Collingwood after a trade was orchestrated with Brisbane.
Beams will return to the Magpies after departing the club at the end of the 2014 season.
For losing the star midfielder, the Lions will receive picks 18, 56 and a future first round pick while the Pies also get picks 41 and 44.
The 28-year-old played 168 games for Brisbane, booting 167 goals.
