Pies ruckman Grundy suffers minor injury setback

2019-01-22T10:30+11:00

Collingwood ruckman Brodie Grundy has suffered a toe injury at training and is expected to miss a fortnight.

The 2018 All-Australian’s little toe was tread on by an as-yet unnamed teammate, which will see him off the training track for two weeks.

The Pies aren’t worried about Grundy’s fitness and expect him to continue working in the gym over the injury break.

Collingwood also revealed Jamie Elliott and Darcy Moore are on modified programs, but their workloads are steadily increasing.
