North Melbourne’s Marley Williams is under investigation following an alleged incident at a Melbourne nightspot, reports AFL.com.au.
The Kangaroos are looking into details surrounding last weekend which saw the defender issued with an infringement notice for being drunk in a public place.
It is understood that police were called to the Albion Rooftop in South Melbourne to deal with an incident involving 25-year-old Williams.
The former Collingwood half-back was found guilty of grievous bodily harm after another nightclub altercation back in 2014 but avoided jail, receiving a 12-month suspended sentence.
Williams played all 22 games for North in 2018, taking his overall AFL games tally to 103.
