Dominant forwards Phoebe McWilliams and Sarah Perkins are set to line up in the AFLW for the first time in 2019.
McWilliams was a late withdrawal in Geelong’s inaugural AFLW game while Perkins didn’t make the cut for the Crows due to a lack of training over the summer.
GWS’ forward line has also received a boost with experienced campaigner Jacinda Barclay added to the side.
She fills the gap inside 50 left by injured forward Aimee Schmidt.
In other games, Queensland Under 18 representatives Natalie Grider and Tori Groves-Little could make their AFLW debuts for the Lions.
The duo were named on the extended bench.
Northern Territory recruit Danielle Ponter will line up for the Crows for the first time after a promising performance in their practice match against the Dockers.
Former Vic Metro star Katie Lynch will make her debut for the Pies while Irish recruit Aisling McCarthy will don the red, white and blue for the first time on Saturday.
Elisha King will also feature for the Kangaroos for the first time this season, coming in for Georgia Nanscawen.
