Fremantle midfielder Bradley Hill believes Adam Cerra and Andrew Brayshaw will take big strides in their development during the upcoming season.
The two top 10 draft picks showed plenty of promise in their debut years at AFL level and Hill is predicting big things from the Dockers youngsters in 2019.
“Andy Brayshaw and Adam Cerra are looking great on the track,” Hill told SEN’s KB and The Doc.
“Cerra looks like he’s developing into his body and getting a bit bigger and stronger and the same with Andy Brayshaw.
“They’re going to be exciting players for the club.”
Fremantle will have a new-look forward line after securing the services of Jesse Hogan and Rory Lobb during last year’s trade period.
Hill is confident the Dockers will pose a major threat inside 50 and improve their ability to kick a winning score.
“Those guys (Hogan and Lobb) are looking great and it looks like a quality forward line now with those big guys down there,” he said.
“It’s going to help out the small players too, by getting the ball to ground and those boys can crumb, we haven’t had that in previous years.
“In previous years we’ve had the one key forward in Matt Taberner and everyone else is quite small. You chuck in Rory Lobb and Jesse Hogan in there, it’s going to make us a lot stronger.”
Ross Lyon’s side open their 2019 campaign against North Melbourne at Optus Stadium on March 24.
