Hawthorn great Dermott Brereton can only see Gold Coast winning up to two games this season.
Stuart Dew’s side finished second last in 2018 with a tally of just four wins against North Melbourne, Carlton, Brisbane and Sydney.
An influx of talented high-end draftees will excite Suns fans for the future, but Brereton predicts another trying year for the expansion club.
“They’re that young against a very professional competition. You don’t win them by accident, they’re so young,” he told SEN’s KB and The Doc.
“They’ll probably come away with one or two wins for the year.

“I hope they make the finals and win 14 games, but if you want me to tell the truth, I reckon a maximum of one maybe two games are what they’re going to win.”
