Carlton defender Jones learns MRO fate

Carlton defender Liam Jones has been fined $2000 for whacking Richmond forward Jack Riewoldt.

Jones collected the reigning Coleman Medallist in the gut off the ball early in last night’s loss to the Tigers.

Riewoldt was left on his haunches for a minute, but was able to play out the remainder of the game without trouble.
