Fremantle GM of Football Peter Bell has confirmed that Harley Bennell has suffered yet another injury setback.
The luckless Docker went for an MRI scan after reporting calf soreness following a training session on Tuesday.
Bennell, 26, was nearing a return to football after playing just two games for the Dockers since arriving from Gold Coast at the end of 2015.
"Unfortunately, the MRI confirmed that Harley has re-injured his right calf," Bell told afl.com.au.
"Harley will be further assessed in the coming days to determine a return to playing date."
The former No.2 pick in the 2010 AFL Draft has been plagued by soft tissue problems throughout his career.
