Collingwood forward Will Hoskin-Elliott is set to return via the VFL this weekend after a delayed start to 2019.
The 25-year-old kicked 42 goals last year, but had an operation on his iliotibial band in his leg in February.
Collingwood’s dynamic forward line has been effective this year, but with so many strong options, including the return of Jamie Elliott this year, someone may have to miss out once Hoskin-Elliott returns.
Pies father-son draftee Will Kelly will join him in playing his first game in the VFL this week.
Kelly has been recovering from an ankle injury.
