Hawthorn has made one big late change ahead of today’s match against GWS at the MCG.
Wingman Isaac Smith has been withdrawn from the side due to foot soreness, with young midfielder Harry Morrison his replacement.
The Hawks decided to err on the side of caution with Smith after he pulled up sore following the loss to Melbourne last week.
“Isaac was managed throughout the week and was able to get through main training,” GM of Football Graham Wright told hawthornfc.com.au.
“But we’ve agreed he wasn’t quite 100% so we have decided not to take the risk.”
The Giants have gone in unchanged.
