Injury prone Collingwood midfielder Daniel Wells has seemingly gone down again.
In his first game of 2019, Wells was tackled in the third quarter and subsequently hobbled from the ground clutching his knee.
He missed the majority of 2018 with a Lisfranc foot injury in his left foot and has slowly been regaining match fitness in the VFL this year.
Wells seemed to have finally turned a corner in the first half, kicking three goals from 11 touches.
The 34-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season.
