Brisbane has climbed to third on the AFL ladder thanks to a convincing 48-point win over Port Adelaide at the Adelaide Oval.
The Lions have consolidated their spot in the top four with back-to-back wins on the road following last week’s victory over GWS.
It’s another big statement of intent from Chris Fagan’s side who are on a four-game winning streak and boast a win-loss record of 11-5.
Power coach Ken Hinkley would be livid with his side's poor start after the high of last week’s Showdown triumph over rivals Adelaide.
Here’s everything you need to know!
Medical Room: Power recruit injured while chasing
Port Adelaide recruit Ryan Burton has suffered a suspected hamstring injury while trying to chase down Brisbane livewire Charlie Cameron.
Burton was hot on the heels of Cameron who was bearing down on goal before pulling up and immediately feeling for his hamstring. ‘
In a great display of sportsmanship, the Lions forward returned to check on Burton who was on the ground in the hands of the trainers.
The Power will be sweating over the fitness of the former Hawk with crucial games against Richmond, GWS and Essendon on the horizon.

The Star: Dayne Zorko
Dayne Zorko was at his damaging best in Brisbane’s latest win on the road.
A goal-scoring midfielder that finds plenty of the ball, Zorko had 16 disposals and two goals to be one of the main instigators in a dominant first-half Lions display.
Zorko finished with 24 disposals, five tackles, six inside 50s and three goals in a vintage captain’s performance.
