Brisbane has come from behind to pick up an incredible win over Geelong and rocketed themselves to the top of the AFL ladder.
The Cats led all day and controlled the game, but the Lions kicked four final quarter goals to run over the top and take the points in the top of the table clash.
They lost Allen Christensen and Noah Answerth to injury, but the four players they targeted in recent trade periods in Charlie Cameron, Lachie Neale, Marcus Adams and Lincoln McCarthy stood up when it mattered.
Here’s everything you need to know!
The Moment: Lincoln McCarthy flies high
In his 50th game and against his old side, Lincoln McCarthy flew high and took a spectacular mark 35m out directly in front.
He slotted the goal to put the Lions in front and finish off what had been a brilliant quarter.
Geelong surged forward from there and had multiple attempts to win the game, but Brisbane kept numbers around the ball and were able to hold on.

The Talking Point: Charlie Cameron is the best forward in the game
It’s self-explanatory, really.
Greg Swann poked fun at those who had a go at the club for giving up pick 12 for Cameron on SEN’s Crunch Time before the game and it’s easy to see why.
The small forward has booted 11 goals in two weeks, including two in the last quarter this afternoon.
Brisbane utilise him as a full forward and while he doesn’t take marks, the 52 goals next to his name speak for themselves.
He is equal second in the Coleman Medal, he is an All-Australian lock and Cameron is quite simply the most dangerous forward in the AFL heading into finals.
GAME ON!

September Implications?
How does two finals at the Gabba sound? Scary? It should.
While the Lions haven’t locked themselves into the top two just yet, they’ve done everything to get themselves there, winning nine games in a row.
If they topple the Tigers on the MCG next weekend, they might just finish the year as minor premiers.
As for Geelong, they host Carlton at GMHBA Stadium next week and a loss could see them finish as low as fifth if results go against them.
However, their top two hopes aren’t dead yet either given they boast the best percentage in the AFL.
