Hill finally a Saint as Dockers land huge bounty

2019-10-16T15:40+11:00

It took until the deadline, but Brad Hill has sealed his move to St Kilda.

In exchange, Fremantle will receive pick 10, a future second-round pick, a future fourth-round pick, pick No.58 and Blake Acres. The Saints also get back a future third-round selection.

Acres was reluctant to move back home to Western Australia but had no choice as St Kilda insisted that he be part of the deal.

Hill, a three-time premiership Hawk, played 54 games for Fremantle and is a one-time best and fairest winner in 2017.

The wingman joins Paddy Ryder and Dougal Howard in landing at Moorabbin this trade period.

St Kilda is also attempting to close deals for Sydney's Zak Jones and Richmond's Dan Butler.
