Terry Wallace's Take
“Once again lost some depth and may need a couple of extra senior players. The ruck inclusion of Jacobs helps. Will be watching for them to rise up the draft order if they can.”
What Plough said before the trade period
“I’m very comfortable with Jacobs going up there but I think they need another one (ruckman) as well.
“Up forward their three-pronged attack looked really dangerous for most of the year with (Jeremy) Cameron, (Harry) Himmelberg and (Jeremy) Finlayson.
“I think they fall short in quality small forwards. I like Brent Daniels who is handy and (Ian) Hill is developing but they are short on a small finisher.”
