The pre-season of Collingwood youngster Jaidyn Stephenson has been reportedly disrupted by illness.
According to the Herald Sun, Stephenson has been diagnosed with glandular fever and will undergo further tests to determine his length of absence.
The former Rising Star winner returned to training in early November after missing half of last season through suspension.
Stephenson, 20, was handed a 22-game ban – with 12 of those suspended – for placing bets on three Collingwood matches. He was also fined $20,000.
Entering his third season, the Magpies livewire has 62 goals from 40 games in the black and white.
