The decade of footy (2010-2019) has come to a close and with that comes reflection.
Which clubs have won the most games? Who has won the most finals? Who has the best win percentage?
We’ve put together some lists answering such questions.
Geelong sit atop the most wins of the decade chart with 166 victories from 240 games (including finals), slightly ahead of Hawthorn on 164 wins.
Sydney, Collingwood and West Coast round out the top five while a resurgent Richmond improved its 10-year numbers with 56 victories from their last 74 games at a winning rate of 75%.
At the other end of the scale, Gold Coast failed to crack 50 wins while GWS managed 82, as many as Carlton despite playing 38 fewer games, and six more than Melbourne.

Also on the agenda is the most wins in finals.
The dominant three-peat Hawthorn side of 2013-15 contributed nine of the club’s 12 finals wins in the decade to have them sitting on top.
Next is Sydney on 11 wins, although their 11 defeats is second on the reverse ladder to Geelong who had a well publicised finals problem during the decade, losing 13 of 21.
Essendon, of course, failed to win a final between 2010 and 2019, alongside Brisbane who lost both their finals this year and Gold Coast who did not feature at all in September.
