Collingwood star Brodie Grundy has re-signed with Collingwood until the end of 2027.
The star ruckman confirmed on Twitter that he loved the club and has indeed recommitted.
It was reported late last year that the Magpies had bowed to Grundy’s desire to receive a seven-year deal.
The 25-year-old has had an incredible two seasons of football, making back to back All-Australian teams and winning the Copeland Trophy in 2019.
"Hi Magpie Army, I'm walking into the club now and have got an announcement to make. I've signed on. See you in 2020," Grundy said on Twitter.
Love this club. Love this group. Magpie Army, I’ve signed on.🔒🦄 pic.twitter.com/pIby9jFkCq

"I took my time to consider all of the things that mean the most to me - my football, my ambitions, my life beyond the game, my family, friends, team-mates and the football club – and settled on what I believe is best for all of those relationships, needs and passions."
