Despite the All-Stars leading for the majority of the first three quarters, it was Victoria who comfortably took bragging rights in the Bushfire Relief game at Marvel Stadium 154-108.
The Vics pulled off a 76-point turnaround to waltz to a comfortable win in the end, following a night of highlights and special moments.
One of the more interesting things was watching star players go head to head with their peers, and while many had good nights, some struggled while others faded into the background.
The game started at a breakneck speed before settling in nicely across the second and third quarters with the best skills on display.
Tom Papley booted five, while GWS pair Josh Kelly and Toby Greene slotted four each for the Victorians.
On the All-Star side, Charlie Cameron and Michael Walters stood out from the pack, while Stephen Coniglio led the midfield.
However, the sting went out of the air in the final term with players a bit fatigued and with the Victorians kicking away so convincingly.
