Richmond defender Bachar Houli has been ruled out of Thursday night’s season opener against Carlton with a calf injury.
The All-Australian defender suffered the injury at training on Tuesday morning and it remains unclear how long he will be sidelined for.
He might just be the only unavailable player for the Tigers, with captain Trent Cotchin telling SEN Breakfast yesterday that the whole list was available for selection.
The Blues will be without Eddie Betts, who suffered his own calf setback last week.
