North Melbourne defender Majak Daw has been sent home from training with a sickness, coach Rhyce Shaw has confirmed.
The club is taking things ultra-cautiously given the current COVID-19 climate, but will still select him in their extended squad for Sunday’s game.
Daw’s incredible comeback to footy could be delayed, but remains a huge return given everything he has been through.
Key forward Ben Brown remains a chance to play as well, dealing with a calf injury.
Shaw said he has to get through training and prove his fitness.
Brisbane pick-up Josh Walker will make his club debut on Sunday.
Shaw: Majak Daw sent home sick, based on precaution. No risks.

Think just a common cold/flu.
He will be named in the squad. He’s pretty keen to play.
Shaw: Ben Brown is out training. If all boxes are ticked he’ll line up on Sunday.
