Melbourne ruckman Braydon Preuss is on the lookout for a third club and Garry Lyon says he would be a "good fit" at Sydney.
Preuss has been at the Demons since 2019 where he’s played 10 games across two seasons.
As reported by SEN’s Sam Edmund on Monday, Preuss will depart Melbourne despite being contracted until 2022.
Amid interest from the likes of GWS, Lyon encouraged Preuss to look at Sydney as a viable option to continue his career at.
“I think the Swans would be a good fit for him,” he said on SEN Breakfast.
“The Swans have got a great record with exactly that type of player, the players that have a bit of experience and shown a bit, to turn them into a really, really good AFL player.
“If I was Braydon Preuss and if there was an opportunity to go there, I would look at that really closely.”
The Swans have battled ruck issues all year, with Sam Naismith’s knee injury restricting him to just two games while Callum Sinclair played 13 matches and Hayden McLean featured on six separate occasions.
