2020-11-17T16:52+11:00

The Western Bulldogs have delisted Jackson Trengove, Matt Suckling and Callum Porter.

The Bulldogs confirmed that Trengove, Suckling and Porter were not offered contracts for the 2021 season.

Trengove, who joined the Dogs from Port Adelaide at the end of 2017, played 33 games in three seasons and managed just one senior appearance in 2020.

Suckling played 76 games in five seasons after crossing from Hawthorn at the end of 2015, while Porter played one game for the Bulldogs in Round 8 this season.

“These are difficult decisions to make, because we’re dealing with quality individuals who cannot be questioned for their hard work and dedication,” Bulldogs GM of List and Recruiting Sam Power said in a statement.

“They represented the club with pride and gave their all, and we are grateful for their efforts.

“We wish them every success for whatever their futures hold, and they know they are always welcome back at the club.”

The Bulldogs delisted Billy Gowers, Fergus Greene and Brad Lynch prior to the trade period.

Melbourne has also made a list change looking ahead to 2021.

The Demons have delisted defender Oscar McDonald who played 81 games across six seasons for the club.
