David Noble is the new coach of the North Melbourne Football Club, reports Channel 9's Ayrton Woolley.
The current Brisbane football manager has been a huge part of their rise up the ladder in recent years.
The job reportedly came down to Noble, Bulldogs assistant coach Daniel Giansiracusa, who recently joined Essendon, and Collingwood midfield coach Robert Harvey.
Noble replaces Rhyce Shaw, who stepped away from the role for personal reasons following one year at the helm.
Sydney premiership coach Paul Roos was a key part of the hiring process for North Melbourne.
