Adelaide has swooped for former Brisbane defender Mitch Hinge.
Hinge joined the Crows on a two-year deal as a delisted free agent, taking up the opportunity to return home to South Australia.
The 22-year-old played three games for the Lions after being selected with pick 20 in the 2017 rookie draft.
"We're delighted to add Mitch to our playing list for season 2021," Crows list boss Justin Reid said.
"He stands at 190cm tall and offers plenty of versatility across a wing or half-back.
"Mitch is competitive, excellent one-on-one, has a strong left-foot kick and the ability to play either a lockdown role or use his power and attacking skills to break lines.
"He was an emergency for both of Brisbane's finals this year in a really talented squad and has shown what he can do at state league level, so we really see a lot of opportunity for him at the club."
Brisbane shored up their defensive stocks for 2021 by re-signing Ryan Lester.
Lester, 28, inked a two-year contract extension on Thursday.
“I feel very proud to have been at the one club for a long period of time and that it is going to continue for a couple more years,” Lester told Brisbane’s club website.
“Not many players get to be at the one club and I’m grateful for that and for the experiences I’ve had.
“This last season was the best we’ve had in my time at the club and hopefully there’s many good times ahead.”
Lester has played 144 games for the Lions since debuting in 2011.
Brisbane also delisted speedster Cedric Cox.
