2021-01-28T12:40+11:00

Geelong forward Luke Dahlhaus is in doubt for the start of the AFL season.

AFL Media’s Mitch Cleary reports that the former Bulldog is dealing with a groin issue and remains on limited duties at training.

The injury dates back to the end of the 2020 season, with the Cats to play it safe with the 28-year-old.

Dahlhaus played 16 games in 2020 for Geelong, including all four finals.

The report adds that Dahlhaus will see the same specialist who has treated Patrick Dangerfield’s groin injury.

Dangerfield is expected to be ready to go come Round 1’s clash with Adelaide.
