With the 2021 season approaching, we’ve put together your club’s best six forwards on paper.
They may not quite work together as a group, there could be four key forwards in there, but this is simply an indication of the talent of a team’s forward line rather than how they will actually look in Round 1.
Injuries have also not been factored into this. We’re looking at the best six forwards and the depth underneath in the best case scenario.
In some cases, midfielders have been sprinkled throughout the list. If, say, Dustin Martin is among Richmond’s best six forwards, then we’d be remiss to leave him out.
Midfielders may also appear in the ‘depth’ column if they have a history of resting forward and being utilised as such, while we have left out some rookies and draftees.
