West Coast has addressed a report suggesting premiership player Elliot Yeo could be put up for trade at season’s end.
Channel Seven’s Tom Browne reported on Monday that the Eagles could look to trade Yeo who has been plagued by a persistent groin injury.
Yeo, a dual All-Australian and two-time best and fairest winner, hasn’t played since Round 11 last season.
The 27-year-old is contracted to the Eagles until the end of 2023.

Browne also reported that West Coast is circling off-contract Carlton captain and Western Australian Patrick Cripps.
West Coast football boss Craig Vozzo says Yeo is a required player and refused to be drawn on speculation surrounding Cripps.
“It was more around Elliot Yeo - he’s an integral part of our team, multiple best and fairest winner and a leader for us,” Vozzo said.
“Patrick Cripps is a tremendous player but I’m not here to talk about list management.”
Cripps, 26, is currently a restricted free agent.

Vozzo clarifies around previous Cripps trade rumour
West Coast is circling Patrick Cripps. The issue is salary space. I’m told they’d look at trading Yeo with OP concerns, but it’d be difficult to clear his $800,000.
