West Coast has been hit hard by injury, losing stars Josh Kennedy, Tim Kelly and Oscar Allen, while Brendon Ah Chee and Jarrod Brander will also miss.
Their opponents Carlton lose forward Michael Gibbons to a minor hamstring strain.
Fremantle regains key forward Matt Taberner for their clash with the Dogs, who themselves add ruckman Stefan Martin.
