James Worpel and Sam Wicks have both been charged by Match Review Officer Michael Christian and can accept one-game suspensions from Friday night’s clash between the Swans and Hawks.
Worpel was charged with dangerous conduct against Swans defender Harry Cunningham, with his tackle ultimately defined as Careless Contact, Medium Impact and High Contact, resulting in the ban.
Wicks’ ban was a result of a high bump on Hawks’ defender Will Day, classified as forceful front on contact. It was also classified as careless contact, medium impact and high contact.
Both incidents occurred in the third quarter of the Hawks 38-point win.
Hawthorn and Sydney will have the option to challenge both findings at the Tribunal.
