Sunday’s clash between West Coast and the Western Bulldogs will be played behind closed doors due to a COVID scare in Western Australia.
The Eagles-Bulldogs match will still go ahead as planned at Optus Stadium, but fans won’t be able to attend.
A new COVID case has been identified in Perth’s northern suburbs.
“The match will proceed, but without spectators,” WA health minister Roger Cook announced on Sunday.
Fans and staff have had to be turned away from the venue.
