2021-09-07T12:15+10:00

Cam Guthrie has signed a new four-year deal with the Geelong, according to AFL Media’s Mitch Cleary.

The 29-year old, who was due to become an unrestricted free agent at season's end, is now tied to the Cats until at least the end of 2025.

An announcement from Geelong is expected on Tuesday afternoon.

The midfielder won his first All-Australian jacket last year and has continued his rich vein of form in 2021, averaging a career-high 29.1 disposals, four inside 50s and five clearances per game.

He’ll line up for Geelong against Melbourne in Friday night's Preliminary Final in Perth, hopeful of playing in his second Grand Final on the 25th of September.
