Adelaide has confirmed that they are Sydney defender Jordan Dawson’s preferred trade destination, while Geelong’s Nathan Kreuger will explore his opportunities at other clubs, according to The Age’s Peter Ryan.
Dawson, 24, was reportedly choosing between the Crows and Port Adelaide and had toured both clubs but will now look for a trade to Adelaide.
The South Australian is coming off a career-best season in 2021, having played 64 games with the Swans since being drafted in 2015.
Meanwhile, Kreuger has been at Geelong for the last three seasons, making his debut in Round 20 this season as a key defender.
The Cats made an offer to the 22-year-old, but he is reportedly expected to nominate Collingwood as his preferred destination.
