Adelaide has made a bold bid to snare North Melbourne’s pick one, according to AFL Media.
According to the report, the Crows offered pick four in this year’s draft, as well as two first-round picks in 2022, with a future second-round pick heading back to North Melbourne, a deal which was swiftly rejected.
North Melbourne still has their sights set on gun South Australian midfielder Jason Horne-Francis, who is in the mix to be taken at pick one.
The Roos will also decide on draft night whether to bid on father-son duo Nick Daicos (Collingwood) and Sam Darcy (Western Bulldogs).
The Crows are seemingly keen on moving up the draft to take Horne-Francis, who has excelled at SANFL level all season.
Earlier on Friday, North Melbourne secured forward Callum Coleman-Jones as part of a in a deal which saw Robbie Tarrant land at Richmond.
