PREMIERSHIP forward Sam Reid will play on at Sydney.
The Swans will offer a new one-year deal for Reid after he was told to wait on a contract during the trade period.
While player and club are yet to agree of specific terms, the Swans have decided to keep the versatile veteran, who will next year embark on a 13th season at the SCG.
Reid, 29, played 10 games this year for a career total of 163 and 165 goals.
The Victorian was taken with pick 38 in the 2009 national draft.
