Australia has named a 15-man squad for the opening two Tests of the upcoming Ashes series.
Usman Khawaja, Marcus Harris and Travis Head have all been selected and will jostle for batting spots, while Mitchell Marsh and incumbent No.5 Matthew Wade were overlooked.
Quicks Jhye Richardson and Michael Neser have been included, as well as leg-spinner Mitchell Swepson.
An additional Australia A squad was also announced which includes Marsh, Scott Boland, Nic Maddinson and former Test opener Matthew Renshaw.

National selector George Bailey said in a statement: “This group is well balanced to ensure we are prepared for the many challenges of an Ashes Series.
“It has a mix of experienced, proven performers and emerging, developing talent.
“We will take this 15-player squad into the opening Test in Brisbane and the pink ball match in Adelaide, after which we can reassess for the remaining matches.”
