Western Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge has revealed a cheeky sledge he received from a Collingwood supporter on Friday night.
Beveridge’s Dogs were back to their best at Marvel Stadium, dominating Collingwood from start to finish in an impressive performance as they coasted to a 48-point victory.
Such was the performance from his side, Beveridge was in an upbeat mood when addressing the media post game, revealing the interaction he had with one Pies fan.
“One of the Collingwood supporters yelled out to me and said, ‘have you been sitting that anger management course’, and I looked at him and said, ‘I don’t mind that’,” Beveridge laughed.
“It was all good banter.”
The Dogs have a big chance to get some momentum into their season when taking on the Suns and Eagles in the coming fortnight.
