Gerard Whateley and David King have named their top four seeds after Round 10 of the 2022 AFL season.
King and Whateley have ranked the four teams they have the most confidence in, coupled with what they have shown so far.
The seedings will be updated on a weekly basis on SEN’s Whateley throughout the year.
See their seedings below:
WHATELEY:
1. Melbourne
“They’re now two games clear.
“I think that’s an accurate reflection.”
2. Carlton
“On the rise. They’re pleasing to the eye.
“I’m happy listing Carlton at two.”
3. Brisbane
“Brisbane Lions at three.
“A couple of injuries, a game they wouldn’t have expected to lose, going to hit the testing material, they’re just not as watchable as the other group.”
4. St Kilda
“I’m going to leave St Kilda at four.
“I could be tempted on a few but let’s let a couple of more weeks run.”

KING:
1. Melbourne
“I think that’s about right.
“Still not playing at their best. I still think they’ve got so much scope for improvement.”
2. Brisbane
“I’m sticking with the rules we set less than seven days ago.
“Melbourne and Brisbane are a lock in that order until Round 15.”
3. Carlton
“Carlton at three for me. A little elevation.”
4. St Kilda
“The Saints for me.”
